In this interview, we discover all of the other important items: job history, reasons for changes in employment, and all of the other “typical” interview information. Importantly, we take the time to verify all of the candidates claims through online research, reference checks and other methods.
The Group Interview
The Candidate is interviewed by client’s management team with our team assisting on-site.
The components of this interview include a mock sales call (representing your product), an industry knowledge test and the traditional interview components.
